AmasAgent

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of AmasAgent. By using AmasAgent, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms shown in the product or checkout flow.

1. Service

AmasAgent provides an AI-assisted workspace for Amazon seller workflows, including Operator Companion chat, Product Agent analysis, Content Agent drafting, saved results, account center, billing, feedback, and support surfaces.

The service may change as Agents, runtime providers, workflow rules, payment options, and launch-stage limitations evolve.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your account. Keep your password and access devices secure.

Professional Agent features, saved results, billing, credits, and account center pages may require sign-in. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, create security risk, or interfere with other users.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use AmasAgent to violate laws, marketplace rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party rights.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, bypass credits or quotas, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malware, or use generated output for deceptive, unsafe, or unlawful activity.

4. AI output and seller responsibility

AmasAgent output is decision support. It may include mistakes, outdated information, incomplete analysis, or wording that requires seller review.

You are responsible for reviewing reports, drafts, titles, bullet points, product claims, compliance claims, pricing decisions, and marketplace actions before use. AmasAgent does not operate your Amazon account and does not guarantee ranking, sales, account health, or business results.

5. Credits, payments, and subscriptions

Some professional actions may consume credits only after usable output, according to the product rules shown in the workspace, pricing page, account center, or checkout flow.

Orders, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your access may depend on successful payment, webhook confirmation, credit balance, or plan state.

If an Agent run, Artifact settlement, or payment state looks incorrect, use the account center or feedback/support path so we can inspect the related records.

6. User content and saved results

You keep responsibility for the product information, listing text, files, keywords, ASINs, business context, and prompts you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use that material with the service.

AmasAgent may store conversations, tasks, Materials, generated reports, content drafts, Artifact records, feedback, and operational metadata so the workspace can recover results and support can investigate issues.

7. Third-party services

AmasAgent may rely on AI runtimes, model providers, hosting, storage, database, analytics, monitoring, email, and payment providers. Their availability and behavior can affect the service.

Amazon and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. AmasAgent is not Amazon and is not endorsed by Amazon unless explicitly stated.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, complete accuracy, or any specific commercial result.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AmasAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product, supported Agents, pricing, payment providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

For questions, use the feedback page or the support channel in your account.
