Privacy Policy

AmasAgent is an AI Agent workspace for Amazon sellers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
Account information, such as your name, email address, sign-in records, profile details, roles, and account preferences.
Workspace information, such as conversations, uploaded or pasted product material, task prompts, Agent run state, generated Product Reports, Content Drafts, Artifact records, feedback, support context, and saved-result metadata.
Billing and credit information, such as plan state, orders, subscriptions, credit grants, reservations, commits, refunds, and provider transaction references. Payment card or wallet details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by AmasAgent.
Technical information, such as device, browser, IP-derived signals, logs, rate-limit records, diagnostics, performance data, and security events.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide the workspace, route your request to the right Agent, generate and save reports or drafts, recover results after refresh, enforce credits and quotas, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.
We may use aggregated or de-identified operational data to understand product quality, failures, latency, and commonly requested workflows.
3. AI processing and third-party services
AmasAgent may send task context, prompts, uploaded material, generated context, and diagnostic metadata to configured AI runtimes, model providers, storage providers, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and monitoring tools when needed to operate the service.
We do not sell personal information. We require service providers to process information for service operation, security, support, payment, analytics, or legal compliance purposes.
4. Seller data and marketplace responsibility
You control what Amazon seller information, product facts, ASINs, listing text, keywords, competitor notes, or business context you provide. Do not submit information you are not allowed to use or share.
AmasAgent does not operate your Amazon account, submit marketplace changes, or verify that every generated claim is compliant. You are responsible for reviewing output before use.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain account, billing, audit, credit, workspace, and generated-result records as needed to operate the service, recover user results, resolve disputes, enforce credits, meet legal obligations, and maintain security.
You may request account or data deletion through support. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, payment, tax, legal, audit, or security reasons.
6. Security
We use access controls, operational monitoring, no-store responses for sensitive endpoints, and environment-specific configuration to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and you should keep your credentials private.
7. Your choices
You can update profile information in your account center, review saved results, submit feedback, and contact support for access, correction, export, or deletion requests where applicable.
Analytics or monitoring settings may vary by environment and product stage. We avoid intentionally publishing secrets, payment credentials, or raw provider tokens in user-visible pages.
8. Contact
For privacy questions, use the feedback page or the support channel in your account. Include enough context for us to locate the account, page, or workflow involved.
